Managing Positions - Monitor & Control Your Copy Trades

Position Overview

Every trade copied by SOL Wallet Shadow is tracked as a position. The position manager shows you:

• •Token — What token you bought
• •Entry Price — Your buy price
• •Current Price — Live price from Jupiter
• •P&L — Unrealized profit or loss (percentage and SOL value)
• •Risk Levels — Your stop loss, trailing stop, and take profit settings
• •Source Whale — Which whale wallet triggered this trade

Monitoring Positions

The position monitor runs continuously while the app is open. It:

• •Checks current prices for all open positions
• •Evaluates stop loss, trailing stop, and take profit conditions
• •Executes auto-sells when any trigger condition is met
• •Logs all activity to the activity feed

Manual Position Management

While positions are managed automatically, you can also:

Close a Position Manually

If you want to exit a trade before any auto-sell triggers, you can manually sell from the position manager. This executes a swap through Jupiter at the current market price.

Adjust Risk Settings

You can modify stop loss, trailing stop, and take profit levels on any open position at any time. Changes take effect immediately.

Position Tracking

All positions are stored locally in your browser. This includes:

• •Entry details (price, amount, timestamp)
• •Current trailing stop high watermark
• •Which risk management rules are active
• •Activity history for the position

Tips

• •Check positions after discovery runs — New whales may trigger trades quickly
• •Review P&L regularly — Even with auto-sell, knowing your overall performance helps you refine your strategy
• •Close losing positions manually if the token fundamentals have changed — don't always wait for a stop loss
• •Keep the app open — Position monitoring and auto-sell only work while the app is running in your browser
